Gardener Master Plan. While at Lloyd and Associates Gayla Bechtol as the lead planner worked closely with the developer and neighbors to design a 80 unit/ 80 acre (later expanded) community under the Santa Fe County Community College District Standards. We worked to design sustainable landscape within the drought conditions of the wind swept arroyo district with public open space and developed trails. This was the first subdivision proposed in Santa Fe County with toilets being flushed by treated water generated on site.
The design permits for each lot more solar accessibility, open space adjacency and protected privacy.
